I am passionate about preserving and updating furniture. I find beauty in antique furniture and adore fabrics. I love working with customers to instill their personal tastes in a family heirloom. I also find value in repairing a customer’s beloved piece of furniture.

My passion for upholstery started as a young girl watching my mother sew and using her machine to complete my own projects. In 2018, I started attending trade school at The Chicago School of Shoemaking and Leather Arts and The Chicago School of Upholstery. I received Certification of Upholstery Fundamentals in 2021 from The Funky Little Chair in St. Paul, Minnesota. I also hold a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois. I am a member of the National Upholstery Association.
